Ate at SFSH in BKK – food temperature was off – ate the food anyway (BIG mistake) – became sick for 5 days with Delhi Belly. This event is a direct reflection of the managements ability to run a restaurant. Diligent restaurant owners and operators would never let this sort of thing happen – they are knowledgeable and aware of the dangers that can be served to customers which can make them ill. Ultimately the SFSH franchisers are also to blame for quality control for each location and ensuring procedures are adhered to. Shame on SFSH – I have been warning any and all friends to stay clear of this poorly run establishment.

Sorry to hear that Jimi.
I agree that in the end the franchisers are to blame for not keeping their stores in line. It will always come back to reflect poorly on them.
