Banana Pancake is my new favorite dessert in town. I’ve been coming here for years, but only tried one for the first time maybe 2 weeks ago. Now, any time I see one and I’m not on a motorbike I have to have one…mainly because I’m a fat bastard.

I like my banana pancake, or roti with egg and bananas. Once it’s done I like to have condensed milk dribbled over it and then topped with some chocolate sauce. Every time I order though I’m reminded of how good it would be with some cold milk instead of cold beer. Next time I’ll try to stop in 7-11 real quick for some milk after I order one.
